Rick Tober appeals from the trial court's order overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction.

We affirm that order.

Rick Tober was formerly employed by Turner of Texas, Inc. as a salesman of advertising specialty products. In September of 1982 Turner instituted this action against Tober.
