We have before us a decision of the First District Court of Appeal, White Construction Co. v. Dupont, 430 So.2d 915 (Fla. 1st DCA 1983), which allegedly conflicts with prior decisions of this Court and of the district courts of appeal on the same point of law. We find conflict with City of Miami Beach v. Wolfe, 83 So.2d 774 (Fla. 1955), thus we have jurisdiction...
