This is an appeal by writ of error from a default judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

On February 1, 1983, appellee originally sued "BALTAZAR SALAZAR, d/b/a EYEGLASS & EYEWEAR OPTICAL," as defendant, to collect damages and attorney's fees for breach of a lease. A copy of the subject lease was appended to Plaintiff's Original Petition as "Exhibit A." The parties...
