Dorothy Murat, daughter and temporary guardian of Martha Walters closed out a savings account which had been held by Martha and her husband, John Walters, as joint tenants with a right of survivorship. After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court determined that while Dorothy should remain guardian of Martha's estate John should be the guardian of Martha's person.
