We must determine whether Addison Bank wrongfully dishonored a letter of credit presented to it for payment by Temple-Eastex Incorporated. Trial was before the court on stipulated facts. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of Temple-Eastex, holding that the bank wrongfully dishonored the letter of credit. The bank appealed. The court of appeals reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment that Temple-Eastex take nothing.
