PADGETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of indemnitors on a suit by the indemnitee. The Intermediate Court of Appeals reversed and ordered entry of judgment in favor of the indemnitors. We granted certiorari and now reverse in part the judgment of the Intermediate Court of Appeals, 672 P.2d 556.
