The appellant, Edward Leon Douthitt, was charged with aggravated robbery. On the day of trial, the appellant pled guilty and was sentenced to thirty years in prison with the stipulation that he serve at least one-third of the sentence. The appellant filed a motion for post-conviction relief, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. A hearing was held, and the motion was denied.
