DRAUGHN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder and assessed punishment at thirty years' imprisonment. Appellant now contends that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, that his right to silence was violated, and that certain questions and answers were sufficiently prejudicial to necessitate a mistrial.
