Defendants Larson, Ramsay and Fennell (individual defendants) appeal from a summary judgment against them. They assign as errors that the court entered summary judgment when it did not have "jurisdiction," that there were genuine issues of material fact, that the amount of the judgment was wrong, that there was no basis for entering a judgment on less than all of the claims and against less than all of the defendants and that it allowed attorney fees...
