Defendant, decedent's personal representative, appeals from a judgment for the value of services to decedent. Plaintiff alleged that, at decedent's special request, plaintiff cared for her from 1974 until her death and that (1) the reasonable value of plaintiff's unpaid services is $25,000 and (2) the agreed value of those services is $25,000.
