Seymour J. Chalik appeals the district court's denial of his discharge for bankruptcy. 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(4)(A) and (a)(5) (1982).1 When Chalik filed his voluntary bankruptcy petition, he omitted all reference to twelve corporations in which he had been an officer, director, or major stockholder during the six years preceding bankruptcy.
