Appellant George W. Bibbey ("Bibbey") appeals from his conviction by a jury in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2. On March 29, 1983 Bibbey was sentenced to four years' imprisonment on each count to run concurrently, and a three-year special parole term. Execution...
