This is an appeal from the County Court At Law of Angelina County, Texas, in which the appellant, Winnie Daniel, was the defendant and Walden Leon Daniel, Brenda Lanelle Scarborough, and Phillip Neal Daniel, were the contestants. Douglas Tipton, an alternate beneficiary, and Kathryn M. Devaney were cross-appellees.
