This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio.

On April 8, 1979, plaintiffs-appellees, Charles and Bobbie Jones, entered into an agreement with defendant-appellant, William Honchell, wherein appellant agreed to construct a single-family residence for appellees for the sum of $57,881.
