The defendants in this antitrust suit appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1) from the grant of a preliminary injunction to the plaintiff, General Leaseways, a company engaged in the business of leasing trucks. The principal (and to simplify this opinion we shall assume the only) defendant is an association of such firms, the National Truck Leasing Association, which decided to suspend General Leaseways indefinitely — the practical equivalent...
