This appeal by Patricia Ann Clark seeks to set aside a dismissal of her bill of review for error apparent filed in the Chancery Court of Hancock County for failure to post a bond to secure performance of a former decree. Clark moved ore tenus to strike her request for a stay of execution of the former decree, because of her inability to make the performance bond, and asked the court to proceed on the merits.
