FENDER, Chief Justice.

This suit was instituted by three former law partners against a fourth partner to obtain an accounting and to divide the proceeds of a legal fee allegedly earned by the fourth partner during the existence of the partnership. The three former partners claimed in their petition that the fourth partner acted fraudulently by secretly collecting the fee and failing to divide it among the members of the firm as required by the partnership...
