Plaintiff Tina Hintz brought this diversity action against Defendants Leslie Jamison, in his capacity as Dix Township Road Commissioner, and Dix Township, alleging that the defendants breached their duty to maintain safe roads and thus caused an automobile accident in which Hintz was injured.
