Kenneth Rex Wilson and Patricia Ann Wilson appeal from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the District of Nebraska dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim. For reversal the Wilsons argue that their complaint stated violations of the Truth in Lending Act (Act), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (1982), by appellees.
