PER CURIAM.

Robert and Carol Ator appeal from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the District of Nebraska dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim. For reversal the Ators argue that their complaint stated violations of the Truth in Lending Act (Act), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (1982), by City Bank & Trust Co. of Crete, Nebraska (City Bank), and several officers of City Bank.
