This is an original disciplinary proceeding against the respondent, Charles D. Hahn II. The respondent was charged with violating his oath as an attorney and Canon I, DR 1-102(A)(1), (3), and (6), of the Code of Professional Responsibility in that he willfully and knowingly failed to file a federal income tax return in 1978, 1979, and 1980.
