SINGLETON, Judge.

George Couey pled no contest to an information charging him with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, former AS 11.41.410(a)(4). At the time of his offense, first-degree sexual assault was a class A felony with a maximum sentence of twenty years. Former AS 11.41.410(b); former AS 12.55.125(c). Judge Beverly Cutler imposed two concurrent five-year sentences with four years suspended. Thus, Couey received a sentence of one year...
