SINGLETON, Judge.

David Rushing was charged with four counts of sexual assault in the first degree, former AS 11.41.410(a)(4). Rushing entered a plea of guilty to two counts and the other counts were dismissed. At the time of the offenses, first-degree sexual assault was a class A felony punishable by a maximum sentence of twenty years' imprisonment. Former AS 11.41.410(b); former AS 12.55.125(c).
