Debra Hervish, doing business as La Difference, appeals from a judgment granting an exception of lack of personal jurisdiction and dismissing defendant Growables, Inc., from her suit against it. (The other defendant, Ryder Truck Lines, Inc., took no part in the jurisdictional dispute and is not before us on this appeal.) The question to be resolved in this case is whether the State of Louisiana can exercise long-arm jurisdiction over a Florida furniture...
