Before me are motions for post-verdict relief filed by defendants Sidney Perkins, Bernard Osser and Rose Morris. The 42-count indictment in this case charged the above-named defendants with conspiracy to defraud the United States by rigging bids to a defense procurement agency. The Government alleged that defendant Sidney Perkins had set up six corporations to appear to be separate and independent vendors bidding...
