OPINION
LANSING, Judge.
The cases before us raise questions about the retroactivity of reduced presumptive sentences under the guidelines for offenses carrying a mandatory minimum sentence.1 In 1983, the legislature applied "good time" reductions to mandatory minimum sentences. The Sentencing Guidelines Commission in turn reduced the presumptive duration for mandatory minimum sentences effective November 1, 1983. The common issue...
