FACTS

This is an action by two attorneys seeking fees from certain heirs who benefitted from the successful opposition of a will. The plaintiffs were retained by seven heirs of Linda S. Dubuisson to challenge the validity of a nuncupative will by public act. Plaintiffs were successful in obtaining for their clients a judicial recognition of the invalidity of the will.
