Frasher Williams was charged by bill of information with aggravated arson in violation of La.R.S. 14:51. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged. The state then filed an information accusing defendant of being an habitual offender under La.R.S. 15:529.1 (Habitual Offender Law).
