Falcon Rice Mill (Falcon) brought this suit, alleging that the defendants, Community Rice Mill (Community) and James Vidrine, were guilty of unfair competition and trade dress infringement.1 Falcon sought to recover damages and to enjoin the defendants from using certain trade dress for their rice.
