This is an appeal by petitioner, Paula Pringle, from the district court's order dismissing her petition for habeas corpus relief, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982). The petition challenges the constitutionality of the Pennsylvania Disorderly Conduct Statute, 18 Pa.Cons.Stat. § 5503(a)(3) (1973).
