Regency Highlands Condominium Association, Inc., filed an action against a Partnership, Regency Highlands Associates, which developed the condominium, and Barnett Bank of Delray Beach, which provided some of the financing for the condominium. The Bank counterclaimed against the Condominium Association to recover on a note the Association executed in favor of the Partnership, which the Partnership had given to the Bank as collateral for a loan the Partnership...
