This is a products liability action brought by Edgar Fouche for personal injuries which he suffered when his Dodge Colt passenger car collided with an unmanned vehicle on a freeway during the night. Mr. Fouche's claim is that his injuries were enhanced by malfunctions of his car's seat belt and collapsible steering column.
