This suit was consolidated for appeal with the case of Knight v. St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, 447 So.2d 594 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1984). The two suits arise out of a single automobile accident. The trial court rendered judgment in both suits on April 25, 1983.
