MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOINER, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a ruling by the bankruptcy court, holding that a certain contract entered into between the debtor in a Chapter 11 proceeding, KMMCO, Inc., and appellant Irene Bajer, was executory in nature, and the debtor therefore had authority under 11 U.S.C. § 365 to reject the contract. For the reasons stated herein, the decision of the bankruptcy court is reversed, and the case is remanded...
