This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court entered after a bench trial that the Secretary of the Treasury did not violate plaintiff's rights under either Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq. ("Title VII") or the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d)(1).1 Upon a review of the record, we affirm.
