On April 6, 1983, Bank of Commerce initiated this adversary proceeding seeking to have a debt of $14,516.53, together with interest and costs, declared to be nondischargeable under Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(2)(B), 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B), as to Edward Ebbin.
