OPINION

EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:

The issue presented herein is whether we should grant a creditor's request for relief from the automatic stay, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, so the creditor can foreclose its mortgage on the debtor's realty. For the reasons stated herein we will modify the stay.
