CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant Rodriguez appeals his conviction for possession of a prohibited weapon. Appellants Turner, Bousley, King and Cavanaugh appeal convictions for possession of marihuana. The punishment assessed in each case was three days confinement and a fine of $150.00.
