Plaintiff appeals the judgment of the trial court sustaining defendant James B. Wells's exception of prescription and dismissing her claims against him. The sole issue on appeal is whether this suit is governed by the one-year prescriptive period applicable to delictual claims or the ten-year period of actions in contract.
