Appellant was fired from his job as a Bossier City policeman by the Bossier Mayor, and appealed his dismissal to the Bossier City Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board (Board) which affirmed the appellant's firing. Appellant subsequently appealed the Board's decision to the District Court, which upheld the Board's affirmance of his discharge. We concur with the Bossier Mayor, the Civil Service Board...
