OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Danny Negrete Ortega, was convicted by a jury of burglary of a habitation. Punishment was assessed at thirty-five years.

We affirm.

Ortega raises ten grounds of error in this appeal. They are as follows:
