Fahmi A. Khatib appeals from conviction on three counts of unlawfully acquiring and possessing food stamps in violation of 7 U.S.C. § 2024(b), one count of conspiring to unlawfully receive and possess firearms in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861, and two counts of receiving and possessing a firearm that was not registered with the National Registration and Transfer Record, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d).
