We granted a writ of certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals arising from that court's reversal and remand of defendant Roy Walker's conviction of burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the first degree in case No. 81-1598 and his conviction of burglary in the third degree in case No. 81-1605. Defendant was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment in the penitentiary in both cases, the sentences to run concurrently. In granting certiorari...
