The National Labor Relations Board (Board) petitions for enforcement of its order which, among other things, directs Pipe Fitters Union Local No. 120 (Union) to cease and desist from unfair labor practices in violation of §§ 8(b)(1)(A) and 8(b)(2) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b).
