The sole issue in this appeal is the propriety of a sanction levied against an attorney accused of willful abuse of the judicial process. Plaintiff's attorney, Murray B. Woolley, appeals the district court's order that he personally pay $1,000 of defendant's attorneys' fees. The court entered the award after finding that Woolley had not litigated in good faith.
