In this case we consider a claim under the Truth in Lending Act (the Act), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601-1667e, based upon the failure of appellee automobile dealer to provide appellant consumer with a duplicate of the retail installment contract at the time the parties entered into a credit transaction.
