Defendant was convicted by a jury of possession with intent to deliver heroin, MCL 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a), and as an habitual offender, fourth felony, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. Sentenced to a prison term of from 15 to 30 years, defendant appeals as of right.
