Plaintiff Joyce Hayashi (Wife) appeals from an order dismissing her claims for relief under Rule 60(b), Hawaii Family Court Rules (HFCR) (1982, as amended) and Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 580-47(c) and (d) (1976, as amended).1 Wife's appeal raises the following issues: 1) did the trial court err in finding that all of Wife's Rule 60(b), HFCR, claims for relief, including her claim under the "independent action" provision...
