Plaintiff Michigan National Bank ("Michigan National") brought this action against defendant Dr. Neil S. Levy ("Levy") seeking to recover amounts allegedly owed Michigan National pursuant to an executed loan agreement. Jurisdiction is founded upon 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
