Anchor Savings & Loan Association appeals from a judgment affirming an order of the Equal Opportunities Commission of the City of Madison. The commission found that Anchor discriminated against Roy Schenk on the basis of his marital status, in violation of a city ordinance, when it denied Schenk a mortgage loan.
